Empowering Seniors in the Digital Age.

What we do
Senior Tech Helper serves as a valuable resource and support system for seniors, empowering them to embrace technology confidently and enhance their quality of life in the digital age.

Help Seniors Learn Fast Changing Technology

We provide ongoing support to seniors, ensuring that they receive technology assistance whenever needed. Volunteers are available to answer questions, address concerns, and provide additional training or guidance as seniors continue to explore and utilize technology.

Tech Support

Personalized assistance to seniors encountering technical challenges with their devices, software, or applications. Volunteers patiently guide seniors through troubleshooting steps and provide solutions to resolve issues promptly.

Cyber-Safety Awareness

We educate seniors about cybersecurity best practices, such as creating strong passwords, recognizing phishing attempts, and safeguarding personal information online. We empower seniors to protect themselves from online threats and scams effectively.

Help seniors stay connected

We help seniors in staying connected with their loved ones through various communication channels, including video calls, messaging apps, and social media platforms. Volunteers provide guidance on using these tools efficiently to maintain meaningful connections with family and friends, enhancing their quality of life.

Volunteers help seniors set up and configure their devices, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and smart home devices. They ensure that seniors understand the basic functionalities and features of their devices to enhance their overall user experience.

We conduct workshops, tutorials, and educational sessions tailored to the needs and skill levels of seniors. These sessions cover fundamental digital literacy topics such as using computers, navigating the internet safely, sending emails, and utilizing social media platforms.

We help seniors access digital resources and services that enrich their lives, such as online banking, telehealth appointments, virtual events, digital libraries, and e-learning platforms. Volunteers offer support in navigating these resources and adapting to new digital tools and technologies.

We want to help our seniors

Our mission is to bridge the digital divide by providing compassionate and personalized support to senior citizens struggling with technology. Our goal is to empower seniors to confidently navigate the digital world, fostering independence, connectivity, and lifelong learning. Through our dedicated team of high school student volunteers, we aim to create a welcoming and inclusive community where seniors can access resources, receive assistance, and build essential digital literacy skills. By promoting intergenerational collaboration and understanding, we strive to enhance the quality of life for seniors and promote social inclusion in an increasingly digital society.
